Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Flippell, including the website, dashboard, mobile app, subscriptions and analysis tools.

1. Service Owner

Flippell is operated by Flippell LLC (“Flippell”, “we”, “us” or “the platform”). For questions, support or claims you can write to contact@flippell.com.

2. What Flippell Is

Flippell gathers and organizes products published on second-hand marketplaces and related tools to help users detect buying opportunities, compare prices, estimate costs, create alerts, save favorites, manage flips and obtain AI-assisted analysis.

Flippell does not own the displayed products, does not sell those products and does not act as a marketplace, intermediary, agent, buyer, seller or guarantor of any transaction between users and third parties.

3. User Account

  • You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.
  • The account country determines the marketplaces available in the main feed and may be locked to preserve service consistency.
  • We may suspend or cancel accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, breach of these terms or use that puts the platform at risk.

4. Plans, Payments and Free Trials

  • Flippell may offer a free plan and paid plans with different limits and features.
  • Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. In-app purchases may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform.
  • Monthly and annual plans may include a free trial for new users when expressly stated. The weekly plan may be excluded from free trials.
  • Unless cancelled before the end of the relevant period, the subscription may renew automatically according to the contracted cycle.
  • Prices, features, limits and promotions may change. Relevant changes will be communicated when legally required or reasonably necessary.
  • Cancellation prevents new renewals, but does not necessarily remove already-paid access until the end of the current period.

5. External Marketplaces and Links

Products and links may come from marketplaces or external sites not affiliated with Flippell. When you open an external link, you leave Flippell and become subject to the third party’s terms, availability, prices, policies and decisions.

We do not guarantee that a product remains available, that the price is correct, that the seller is reliable, that images match, or that the transaction is safe or profitable. Before buying, you must verify all information directly on the source marketplace.

6. Estimates, Deal Score and AI

  • Estimated sale prices, costs, ROI, Deal Score, duties, shipping, fees and negotiation strategies are indicative estimates.
  • AI features may generate recommendations based on available data, but they do not replace your judgment or professional review.
  • Flippell does not guarantee profit, successful resale, market demand, valuation accuracy or economic outcome.
  • You must not use Flippell as financial, tax, legal, customs, automotive or professional advice.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You may not attempt to access accounts, data, systems or features that do not belong to you.
  • You may not interfere with the security, availability, scraping, cache, APIs or infrastructure of Flippell.
  • You may not resell, clone, copy or commercially exploit the platform without written authorization.
  • You may not use Flippell for fraud, spam, abuse, rights infringement, illegal operations or activities contrary to external marketplace rules.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Flippell available and up to date, but the service may be affected by maintenance, errors, third-party limitations, marketplace changes, payment providers, AI providers, mobile stores or causes outside our control.

We may modify, limit, suspend or remove features when necessary to improve the product, comply with the law, protect the platform or adapt to technical changes.

9. Intellectual Property

Flippell, its brand, design, software, texts, interfaces, proprietary analyses and visual elements belong to Flippell or its licensors. Third-party products, brands, images and content belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flippell will not be liable for lost profits, failed purchases, incorrect third-party information, price changes, removed products, seller disputes, external site blocks, estimation errors, buying or resale decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will depend on the purchase channel, applicable regulations and the policies of the relevant payment provider. In-app purchases may be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play procedures.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will communicate it through reasonable means. Continued use of Flippell after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the new terms, unless the law requires another form of consent.
